Workshop & Engineering Staff
Job Description
- Control budget and activity of workshop such as tools, material and new part for machine component
- Make improvement process related with production equipment
- Support the utility and production maintenance
Responsibility
- To coordinate and responsible for all workshop activity
- Involve for engineering activity (improvement and new project)
Requirement
- Min. D3 in Mechanical from reputable university.
- Hold Experience in machine part production item at least 2 years will be advantage
- Fresh graduate form reputable univeristy or politeknik are welcome to apply
- Good technical knowledge about tool machining
- Experience in make design and new parts of machine
- Good analytical, leadership, able to work independently or as a team player, honest, good integrity, mature, respectful.
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
Engineering & Maintenance Staff
Job Description
- Plan, control, and perform maintenance activity and coordinate with related departments.
- Assist in the supervision of routine maintenance, breakdown repairs and project work on process and utilities plant and equipment throughout the factory, including other support systems.
- Manage the spare part and others consumable part for all equipment
and ensures that sufficient spares are held in stock for plant items
Responsibility
- Responsible for the continuity of production process related with all equipment / utility equipment
- Make improvement process related with production equipment and utility equipment
Requirement
- Male
- Min. S1/D3 in Mechatronic/Electrical/Electro from reputable university.
- Hold Experience in production equipment at least 2 years (fresh graduate are welcome)
- Good technical knowledge about the production equipment.
- Experience in hydraulic – pneumatic system, PLC & otomation / AHU,will be a advantage.
- Good analytical, able to work independently or as a team player, honest, good integrity, mature, respectful.

Product Specialist
Job Description
- Create good message/claim for each product category
- Put promotion material in good place and suitable target market
- Control and evaluate all the promotion activities and schedule
- Monitor and control promotional budget
- Analyzing competitors claim and promotion activities
- Conduct customer research
- Handling customer complaint
- Meet the agency on a regular basis
Responsibility
- Prepare & Develop Product Concept
- Responsible for branding, positioning & launch for the product
- Create & implement marketing plan to support brand image & awareness
- Build & Maintain good relationship with 3rd parties (internal-external) to support brand image & awareness
Requirement
- Female, max. 30 years old, Single
- Hold S1 degree, preferably in Pharmacist, from Marketing/Advertising/Mass Communication with experience is considered
- Min. 1 year experience in same position in pharmaceutical/cosmetic company
- Good appearence, Patience, Cheerfull, Easy going, Good Communication, Able to work under pressure
- Proficient in English
- Computer literate
- Willing to travel
R&D Specialist
Job Description
- Research raw material, product design, manufacturing technique & process,
analysis method & equipment, design & material of primary
packaging, design & material of secondary packaging, via literature,
patent, competitor's catalogue & product, journal, congress,
exhibition, distributor, ophthalmologist, output of Marketing Department
- Develop superior product to our competitor in light of customer requirement.
- To improve/develop method and procedure of manufacturing process and formula for better result
- Develop protocol for pre-clinical/clinical trial and conduct it
Responsibility
- Perform Product and Clinical R & D activity
Requirement
- Male/female,
- Max. 30 years old
- Licensed Pharmacist from reputable university
- Have 1 – 2 years experience at supervisory level in R&D in consumer product/ pharmaceutical/cosmetic company(Fresh graduate are considered)
- Good experienced in GMP, formulation and analytical method
- Experienced in liquid and semi solid formulation.
- Self starter, hard worker, teamwork, discipline, communication
- Proficient in English
Production Engineering Supervisor/Staff
Job Description
- Organizes duties of operators effectively, efficiently and
handles technical problems in production of ethical/medical device
products
- Checks and fills out correctly the Batch Processing Records and Batch Packaging Records
- Checks and monitors all production process to meet with production schedule
- In cooperation with Production Manager to prepare SOP in production department
- Checks and monitors the maintenance of production equipments
- Checks and monitors the cleanliness of production area.
- Arranges the purchasing request of equipments required.
- Assists Production Manager to improve the production cost
Responsibility
- Assisting production/assistant manager in monitoring all production activities (cutting, polishing, packing and sterilization)
- Analysing and performing necessary development and improvement activities to improve production process
Requirement
- Male, Max. 27 years old
- Hold S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering, from reputable university
- Have min. 1 year experience in manufacture company (fresh graduate are considered)
- Familiar with CNC Programme, Networking and Autocad
- Able to work under pressure, have a good leadership
- Proficient in English
- Computer literate
- Have experience in leading/organize team/operator
Production Supervisor/Staff
Job Description
