Transshipment Supervisor
The appointee will be responsible to the Shipping Manager & PFSO for
supervising the loading unloading coal activities from barges to mother
vessel / OGV (Ocean Going Vessels) and coordinating the transportation
to the coal transshipment point.
Requirements :
- Max 30 years old
- ANT III qualification
- Majoring Nautic
- Fluent in English
- Max 2 years working experience as officer in International liner, shipping agency or stevendoring company will be advantage.
- Will be relocate to Berau
Tender Supervisor
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible for bidding process to provide material support for company operations.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Invite prospective contractor to participate in the tender.
- Provide Documents Legality / administrative aspects Bidders to Tender Superintendent.
- Negotiations with prospective contractors / Bidders.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in industrial engineering, economic, accounting
Experience : Min 2 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good communication skill.
- Have a good knowledge of coal mining operation.
- Have a good structured analysis and problem solving
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).
Recruitment Superintendent
Coordinating the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in psychology, Bussines Management, & other management discipline
- Minimum of 7 years relevant experience associated with recruitment and development programme
- The candidate will have an understanding of Performance Management & Talent Management
- Deep knowledge for Organization Development & Man Power Planning
- Ability to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced, self-motivated working environment
- Placement at Berau (East Kalimantan).
Management Reporting Manager
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to evaluate the performance associated with the financial
aspects of each department to look at the effectiveness of the use of
budget and financial management of those departments.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) related to financial aspects in every department.
- Provide recommendations on the evaluation of the performance of each
department financial aspects related to increasing the effectiveness of
the department.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good ability to audit finance.
- Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling.
- Have a good ability of decision making and problem solving.
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).
Geology Evaluator
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to implement geological modeling process and computation
resources based on geological data and the progress of mining, control
and monitoring of the geological model in opening pits.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Make a general correlation for the initial exploration plan.
- To evaluate and make a plan exploration in the area responsibility.
- Processing geological modeling after gets data validation results from Geology Analyzer.
- Construct geological models and quality models.
d. Job Requirement
Education : Bachelor Degree in Geology.
Experience : Min 3 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good knowledge of the company's program that is used for
geological modeling (minescape) along with other supporting software.
- Have a good knowledge of technology in general support activities
such as geophysical, Exploration, geo chemistry, Landsat images Have
experience as a team leader exploration.
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).
Business Analyst Manager
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description
Responsible to manage the department in carrying out daily tasks perform business analysis required by the company.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Conduct assessments to review the company's performance against internal standards and
- external standards.
- Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual projects based on business
- strategic plan that has been approved.
- Assist other departments in conducting a review on the evaluation of
specific projects that will be presented to the investment
committee.
- Preparing the presentation of data to be submitted to the BOD /
investment committee based on guidelines from strategic planning
& business analyst.
d. Job Requirement :
Education : Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy, Business Administration
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good ability to build effective working relationships with other departments.
- Have a good ability to guide and motivate others to work to their best ability.
- Have a good experience in business analysis techniques that have been proven.
- Have a good structured analysis and problem solving.
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).
Budget Control Manager
a. Placement : Head Office (Berau-East Kalimantan)
b. Job Description :
Responsible to manage budget preparation and control of expenditure requests as well as financial reporting & review.
c. Job Responsibilities :
- Ensuring good corporate budgeting short-term, medium, and long-term.
- Conduct a review of the allocation of capital funds for individual
projects based on business strategic plan that has been approved.
- Ensure the implementation of withdrawal in accordance with the budget and procedures.
- Ensure internal communication Budget & Control Department and
between departments in order to manage the budget so that it goes
well.
d. Job Requirement :
Education : Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economy
Experience : Min 8 years in related/similar field
Skill and Ability :
- Have a good ability to create financial & budget models
- Have a good ability to audit finance
- Have a good ability of planning, organizing, and controlling
- Have a good ability of decision making and problem solving
- Have a good written and verbal business communication skill (in English).
