SOFTWARE PRODUCT MANAGER
Located in Semarang
Our company needs a brilliant product manager to be positioned as CEO
for our new product, TIGA. TIGA is one of Formulatrix software products.
CEO TIGA will be responsible for enhancing TIGA contribution to our
company by increasing this product profitability and developing the
product. This requires CEO TIGA to master both software engineering
skill and business skill. Accordingly CEO TIGA should be highly
knowledgeable and experienced in software development, market analysis
and customer relationship skill. CEO TIGA should also be good at
understanding product positioning. As for the coordination intra
company, CEO TIGA must be able to communicate with all areas of
Formularix Indonesia. CEO TIGA will work with engineering counterpart to
define product release requirements. CEO TIGA will also cooperate with
sales division to develop go-to-market strategy, including helping the
division to understand TIGA positioning, key benefits and target
consumer. Last but not least, CEO TIGA would be the one who works
optimally internally and externally to offer the product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the entire product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specifying market requirements for current and future product by conducting market research
- Developing and implementing a TIGA go-to-market plan, and working with all related departments
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of software marketing/product management experience.
- Knowledgeable in software engineering field
- Computer Science or Engineering degree
R n D SENIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER
We are seeking a hand on, top-notch Software Engineer who can work with
Microsoft C#, C++, Visual Studio, Windows Forms, and SQL server to
implement components of our software products and robotic control
systems. There is no shortage of challenges at Formulatrix: image
acquisition and processing, robotics, embedded software, data analysis
and performance optimization is daily work for everyone on our team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software programming
- Have experience with software development, software delivery, and post-implementation support experience
- Demonstrated experience with system architecture review, OOD, and
software programming in a team environment Strong experience with C#,
C++, and .Net is highly desirable. Java is an acceptable alternative
- Demonstrated leadership , Project Management, and Mentor experience
- Ability to work 50 hours/ week minimum
RnD MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Based in Salatiga
Qualifications
- D3/S1 degreer in Mechanical Engineering with heavy focus on manufacturing, product design and energy conversion
- Demontrated experience with moving part mechanical design, material
research, BOM (Bill of Material) in a team environment is prefered
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (i.e Solidwork. ProE) is a plus
- Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multy-task and re-prioritize as necessary
- Excellent communication in English and Indonesia both oral-written and customer relationship skill
WEB DEVELOPER
Qualifications
- 4 years Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences with heavy focus on software programming.
- Have experience with software development, software delivery, and post-implementation support experience.
- Demonstrated experience with system architecture review, OOD, and software programming in a team environment.
- Strong experience with C#, C++, and .Net is highly desirable.
- Java is an acceptable alternative 2+ years of experience Excellent
knowledge of hand-coded (X)HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and the DOM. HTML5 is
preferred.
- Strong experience in developing standards compliant, CSS based
layouts Knowledge of JavaScript/UI libraries and their use in
implementing AJAX solutions
- Good understanding of browser differences among rendering, caching,
security, and others Must dominate at least one of the main javascript
libraries. E.g. jQuery, Dojo, etc.
- Highly motivated, strong team player, with good ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as necessary.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to work 50 hours/week minimum. Ability to travel as needed.
FIRMWARE ENGINEER
Requirements
Technical
- 2 years experience with C/C++ (arrays, pointers, dynamic memory allocation, OO)
- Hands on experience with embedded System / microcontrollers
- Experience with VHDL and Quartus FPGA/CPLD is highly preferable
