Management Trainee – Leaf
As MT Leaf, you will learn and contribute to our total operation
starting in Growing area and Production; Supply Chain and Blending;
Green leaf threshing; Finance and IT; and also HR & CORA function.
You will be expected to excel in all areas to be confirmed as management
level at the end of the program.
• You need to have a degree in agriculture (preferably in Agronomy) from a reputable university with GPA minimum 3.00
• Fresh graduate or having maximum 3 year working experience preferably in agribusiness
• Demonstrate very good analytical, interpersonal skills and presentation skill.
• Possess strong leadership skills that will enable you to lead, inspire & develop your team.
• Must be comfortable in communicating and challenging Managers and Senior Managers.
• Good in speaking and writing in English
• Be able to work under pressure and tight dead lines
• Have excellent analytical thinking, negotiation skill, and also interpersonal and communication skill
