• Create & Distribute Project Progress Reports
• To carry out Earned Value calculations including monitor the actual physical progress in relation to progress claim against the BOQ/WBS.
• Interface the schedule with the project budget.
• Analyze validity of schedules submitted by contractors/outside parties contributing to the project.
• Analyze and report productivity and trends.
• Forecast the impacts on schedule of proposed changes
