Responsibilities:• Manage and maintain Tokobagus’s application server• Management of upgrades and new software releases• Manage web and image load via nginx load balancer• Manage Tokobagus’s website performance via memcached• Tuning and maintain smooth running of Tokobagus’s website loadr• Monitor and manage servers performance via MUNIN• Up to date documentation of system design, operating environment and operating procedures/process• Active management of issues to ensure timely response and resolution• Responsible for Data Center (DC) hardware, software and maintenance procurement• To develop and maintain a disaster recovery plan• To manage, develop, and maintain helpdesk administration support• To assist in the maintaining, planning, developing and implementation of the company's IT infrastructure• To support and assist the IT/Development Manager and other colleagues as part of team workRequirements:• Bachelor Degree or diploma in Computer Sciences or relevant discipline required Min of 5 years experiences as system administrator preferable in a fast growing internet company• Detailed knowledge and experience of internet system and services• Detail operational level understanding of server hardware/software and associated services (email, web, etc)• Detailed knowledge of load balancing and caching technology will be a plus• Must possess strong organizational, planning, analytical and troubleshooting skills• Detail oriented with demonstrated technical documentation skills•
Experienced in effectively coordinating and executing multiple tasks
simultaneously and efficiently while working with conflicting priorities
in a fast-paced environment•
Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative in identifying and
resolving problems independently. Monitors own work for quality and able
