sejarah berdiri pada tanggal 20 November 1967. Sebelum menggunakan nama
Indosat nama awalnya adalah PT Indonesian Satellite Corporation Tbk.
(Persero). Saat ini Indosat dikenal sebagai salah satu perusahaan
penyedia jasa telekomunikasi dan jaringan telekomunikasi terbesar di
Indonesia. Produk yang dihasilkan diantaranya dengan merek Matrix,
Mentari, IM3 dan StarOne. Saat ini pemegang saham tertinggi adalah
Telekomunikasi Qatar (sebelumnya Qtel) sebesar 65% dan akan mengganti
namanya menjadi Ooredoo. Ada isu Indosat akan merubah namanya menjadiOoredoo juga.

1. Staff Procurement (Legal Drafter) - Kode VAC3430
Role Purpose:
• Preparing the draft of Contract.
• Negotiating the term and condition of Contract with vendor.
• Preparing the approval process for signing Contract.
• Reviewing and enhancing the template and terms and condition of Contract
• Facilitate vendor to inform all the contract and legal policy regarding procurement process.
Experiences & Qualifications:
• Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 2 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel
• Familiar with company procurement activities.
• Proficiency in English
2. Assistant General Counsel (Manager) Marketing & Sales - Kode VAC3431
Role purpose:
•
Negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements and/or other
documents related to general terms and conditions for work unit
marketing & sales: reviewing or preparing contract for auctions
activities, preparing documents for tenders, preparing contract for new
product
• Reviewing and verifying any agreements, and other legal documentation before DGC Marketing & Sales approval
• Ensuring transaction documents are in compliance with prevailing regulations
• Liaising with external lawyer if necessary
Experiences & qualifications:
•
Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 5 years experience as
corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel in multinationals and/or
publicly listed corporation preferably familiar with telecommunication
industry
•
Skillful with company laws, banking & finance laws, investment
laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws,
securities & capital market regulations
• Proficiency in English
• (Preferably) qualified to practice law in Indonesia (member of PERADI)
3. Legal Counsel - Kode VAC3423
Role purpose:
• Assistance in negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements and/or other documents related to areas of responsibility
• Assistance in preparing advise for senior management regarding strategic business decisions
• Assisting in ensuring operational documents needed for operational activities are in compliance to prevailing regulations
• Supporting other groups within the company in their operational activities
• Assisting Manager Legal in liaising with local and international external legal counsels as needed
• Assisting in providing legal support to subsidiaries for their corporate matters
Experiences & qualifications:
• Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 2 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel
•
Familiar with company laws, banking & finance laws, investment
laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws,
securities & capital market regulations
• Proficiency in English
