Procurement Supervisor (CODE : PROC-SPV)
Responsibilities:
• Planning, Organizing, and Controlling transportation media both vehicle or shipment as scheduled
• Negotiate transportation tariff and our branches operational, such as warehouse rent and joint operational
• Handle daily export – import administration
• Handle procurement for other non technical items or services
• Prepare monthly report for management purposes
• Supervise the team and coordinate with relevant users and other parties
Requirements:
• S1 with minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale
• Min 1 year experience in transportation system, logistic, also export-import or procurement function
• Having knowledge of custom procedure and regulation both in export and import
• Preferable from manufacturing industries
• Computer Literate, especially Office and SAP
• Posses good English (verbal and written)
• Excellent skill in negotiation and communication
•
Must be smart, proactive, analytical thinking, dynamic, helpful,
possess strong interpersonal, problem solving and able to work in tight
schedule
Manufacturing Apprentice Program 2013 (CODE : MAP13)
Responsibilities:
Manufacturing
Apprentice Program is an apprenticeship program that compiled a
comprehensive method to prepare young potential candidates who will be
head of section in Manufacturing Function.
About the Program:
•
In this comprehesive-3-semester program, you will be taught and shaped
as a leader, equipped with skill and knowledge in manufacturing function
through both in-class and on-the-job class training modules. Also we
will nurture you with norms and values of our organization
•
To ensure the optimum result, Mentors will assist you during the
program, hence at the end of the program you will be ready to take
challenge as our middle Managerial level supervising a work unit
Requirements:
• S1 with
minimum GPA 2.80 out of 4.00 scale, majoring in : Food Technology,
Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering,
or Agriculture (Mechanic)
• Posses good English (verbal and written) and computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Posses extensive communication and leadership skills
• Willing to work in shifts
• Willing to be based in any city of our plants
